General Purpose:

Theophile is more than just a “Sunday church”. In fact, our goal is to establish a network of Life Groups. And if you’d like to develop authentic and enduring relationships with others, you will be glad to know there are opportunities to join a Life Group at any time. Together we are striving to become the kind of church described in the Bible. Where there’s down to earth teachings, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer and compassionate care for those in need. In short, we’d like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire community, one life at a time.

Pastoral Board

At Theophile church, the pastoral committee cultivates these 4 virtues day after day:
Loving and Compassionate.
Honest and Accountable.
Loyal.
Humble.

For us, pastorate is a ministry given by God for the Church: In Ephesians 4:11-12, it is written: "So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up ”

Jesus, speaking of himself as a guide said, "I am the Good Shepherd". So He is the model of the pastor, our model. As with Peter in John 21: 15-17, He gives us the task of guide not only of the faithful, but also of the church. Our role is to "To form the saints for the work of the ministry", train Christians so that they can, each according to his call, live what God has called them to do
